Believe me, I know how frustrating that can be and this is exactly what I went through in my coaching business.
My story and how my own negative beliefs that impacted my coaching business…
I was deeply in debt and living off my credit
cards, overweight, in one bad relationship after another, no car, and
with only a few dollars left in my bank account. No matter what I did,
nothing seemed to work for my coaching business. I thought if I just buy the right marketing
program then my business would be successful but it wasn’t and I found
myself banging my head against the wall. I thought maybe if I just go
out with a rich guy then I would be secure (WRONG).
I had
a poor self image and found that I would take any client I could
get, charging next to nothing! Not to mention, the clients I did get
were not aligned with me and made it very difficult to work on my
business. At one point, I found myself going into a void where I didn’t
work on my business, gained weight, stopped going out, and basically was
an anti-social, miserable person. I would often burst out crying and try
to blame others for my failure as if that would somehow make me feel
better, but it didn’t. Every day seemed that I was living at a survival
level, which I barely seemed to be taking care of my own needs and I
thought if I just worked harder and longer in my business that things
would change.
The truth was, I didn’t know who I was anymore and several times I would
think “what’s the use…I will always stay broke, overweight, and
miserable because women are not supposed to be successful!” This cycle
went on for years and I felt I had nothing to look forward to not only
in my business, but in the other areas of my life.
Fortunately, I found there was a simple and
fun
7 step formula to be a successful coach
Before I share this with you I need to explain something called, Maslow's hierarchy of needs (established by Dr. Abraham Maslow)- which basically says if the lowest needs are not met represented in his pyramid structure, then the human body simply can’t continue to function. This means you have to have your security needs met before you can move up and have self actualization.

I found that the
same concept applies for
women in business.
So many women coaches are trying to build a
successful business with a shaky foundation and it doesn’t work just
like I tried to do years ago.
Things really started to change for me when I realized that I needed to
work on myself and my business on building a strong foundations before I
start doing the outer steps like marketing and planning for my business
to be successful.
I received divine guidance while on an airplane…
these foundational issues were ones I was asking …how can women coaches and
women entrepreneurs be more successful?
The entire system came to me within 10 minutes of focused attention and
it took me a little more than 6 months to finally create a successful
coaching business.
What I have come to know is that there are 7 simple levels to
manifest success in making a 6-7 figure coaching business.
But here’s a little unknown secret... each level has an associated subconscious program that blocks your energy entry into that level…
Until you unlock the program you can’t go to the next level!
Here’s how your inner subconscious mind works and what you need to know

Thinking positive and using the Law of Attraction doesn’t seem to work either!
I can remember doing years of affirmations and telling myself I was
wealthy, that only made me feel worse and I was really struggling in my
coaching business.
Even working with Law of Attraction courses, books, and seminars didn’t
help me because it didn’t address the subconscious program that was
keeping my wealth locked up in a mental vault. I would visualize
something and think positive about my business and still nothing worked
until I unlocked the programs of my subconscious mind.

debt with about 6-7 credit cards maxed out. I was running out of time
and certainly I was out of money (insert panic button here!).
Additionally, I was emotionally drained and wanted to throw in the
towel.

Things are definitely shifting for me
since I began the Quantum Woman-preneur Program in
December of 2009. I have so many more opportunities in
front of me now that I didn't have 3 months ago when I
started the program, and I'm having to pray for clarity

She never pushed herself on me or made me feel bad that I wasn’t ready to make a decision right that minute. I made the decision 4 days after our conversation to sign up for the class. I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had worked in real estate for 8 years, but was stuck and totally frustrated. I had listened to the media, general public and other agents who were saying how bad the economy is and how people are reluctant to buy right now and those who did want to buy probably couldn’t qualify for a loan. I had been attracting a lot of wrong clients who did not resonate with me at all. Heather gives and teaches so many tools that I was able to use to release negative energy and thought patterns that were keeping my business stuck. I had the attitude that I would take whatever clients came my way. I told myself the economy was bad and I could not afford to be picky. I ended up working with some of the worst clients. Some of these people were just plain rude, demanding, disrespectful to me and ended up making me feel even worse about myself. I had this desperation energy about me that was causing me to connect with all the wrong clients. Heather gave me tools which allowed me to find and connect with ideal clients. I now do not just take whoever is out there. I have learned how to attract & connect to clients who are good matches and respect me as a professional. My business got back on track which I am very grateful for. However, more than that, I am very grateful to Heather for giving me tools and helping me to deal with the inner problems that were keeping me stuck. I learned that I needed to fix the inner problems first before I could see external results. I grew up in a very negative environment and always seemed to see the glass half empty. Heather was always gentle and patient with me, yet she told me that I was the one who needed to make the decision to change. She said I had to have the attitude that I would do whatever it takes to change my business and my life. One of the greatest things I learned from Heather was how to let go. I like to be in control and always tend to over-analyze things and try to find all the answers. "I am so excited about the 30 minute
session Heather graciously provided to me a few days
ago! We did some work with abundance and my personal
blocks surrounding abundance and prosperity, during the
session. Although I wasn't sure that clearing my blocks would impact my business, one way or the other, I felt that it was good work for me to be doing on an individual basis. I enjoyed the session very much and did sign up for the program with Heather, shortly afterward. I was extremely tired when I went to bed that night and slept for 12 hours straight, without waking, which I never do! I usually only sleep 5-6 hours a night, so that was the first thing I noticed. Our session left me feeling light and
happy and tingling. The "fogginess" I'd been feeling
lifted and I was the most energized I'd been in a long
time. Within 20 minutes after our session, I got a call that I was approved for military health benefits, which meant that the paperwork for receiving my share of benefits from my ex-husband had been approved, after several months of paperwork. The next day I had an experience of profound happiness, tingling in every cell of my body and beyond. I KNEW how blessed and loved I really was. My inner dialogue around money noticeably changed. I honored my power in other ways, taking a stand when in the past I would have put up with something and then smoldered about it for days. The day of the call was so magical I
could not believe that my body was "answering" to the
statements that I made and how you changed some of the
"no's" to "yes'." I have never experienced such a shift!
During the session I told you that my head was heavy and
you released that heaviness instantly. The calmness and
peacefulness that I felt afterward was just incredible.
That peacefulness is still with me a week later. I had some upsetting events happen at work, but even those could not get me as riled up as in the past. I am so grateful for the session that you gave me. The area that I wanted to change was prosperity. On the second day after the session I had resigned myself to the fact that I could not give a cash gift to someone who had been deeply influential in my younger years because I didn't have any extra money. When I checked my bank I was surprised to see that the hold that would have been removed a week later was removed that day. That has never happened before. My bank always has a hold on my account until a week after the end of the month. So I was able to attend and give a cash gift. The next day I received an application for a car loan. I have been having car trouble but I am trying to repair my car. I would not qualify for any loan, much less a car loan, therefore I have never received applications for car loan offers. This was really surprising. Two days later I received a call from my bank that they would be able to help me with my finances. I had originally gone to my bank a month and a half ago with no solution given to me. I was told to call someone else in the bank and have been leaving weekly messages but did not receive any return calls. Two days after my session with you they called back saying that they would try to work something out with me. I am more than hopeful that now I will have a favorable solution to my finances. Working with Heather has probably been
the best decision I have ever made. Throughout my life,
and especially over the last couple of years, I have
invested a lot of money in various programs and classes
online. Programs to help you find your soul mate, lose
weight, receive abundance and many more. These classes
actually did very little to help me change my life. When
I started working with Heather I had been depressed
since my mom passed away in 2004 and I was not really
living or enjoying life at all. That was the first issue
that we addressed. We just kept addressing different
aspects of my life that I wanted to change and we would
work with my beliefs related to each issue and change
them. I would tell Heather in advance what I wanted to
work on and she would always be fully prepared by the
time of our call to work on that issue. After a couple
weeks I began to notice that things in my life were
changing. For starters, I was no longer feeling
depressed and I actually began enjoying life. Then
everything just started to fall into my lap. Suddenly
men were coming out of the woodwork who wanted to date
me and I haven't dated in years! Yet three guys this
week have shown interest in me or asked me out. Random
people online were emailing me that they wanted to work
with me on my web sites, I started working out and
losing weight, I started going out, I was making more
money and my life was just all around better!! I noticed through all of this the main thing that had changed was me, and my outlook on life. I stopped having the woe is me attitude and began to realize that my life would change in direct proportion to which I changed! I had recently gone through a long line of bad boyfriends and horrible friends. I had felt very alone and had little or no hope for the future. Heather helped to equip me with the information that I needed to make changes. Now I have made new friends, I have places to go, dates to go on and realize now that my life can be anything I want it to be. The minute you stop crying over your past and start to smile about your future is when everything turns around! Now I find myself asking, if my life improved this much over the last 6 weeks, how much better can I get if I continue to work with Heather even longer? Heather also has a very comforting personality so you won't feel embarrassed or ashamed to discuss very private things with her. I always look forward to my calls with Heather because I know when the call is over I will feel very empowered! I can honestly say this is probably the best program and best decision I have ever made in my entire life and if anyone out there is struggling in any area of their life at all, no matter how big or how small, I guarantee that working with Heather will surely make their lives much, much better!
